Brief history: The farm covers 96 total hectares, with 65 dedicated to coffee, at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,550 masl. The region of Santa Clara is known for its fertile soils and has produced several internationally award-winning farms. In 2020, during the pandemic, the farm faced severe landslides caused by intense rains — a difficult moment they navigated while continuing to improve. Since 2024, the team has made a deliberate decision to rest the soil across the entire farm, allowing organic matter to regenerate, while also investing in new equipment, better technology, and varietal improvement — all aimed at increasing both volume and quality in the years ahead.
What makes them singular:
- Nearly 30 years of continuous production in one of Panama's most prestigious coffee regions, with international recognition since 1997.
- A farm in active regeneration: deliberate soil rest, reduced chemical use, shade tree planting, and organic matter reincorporation — a long-term investment in quality.
- Strong social commitment: housing and dignified working conditions for their mainly indigenous workforce, with training on new tools and equipment.
