Wholesale green coffee beans for roasters
Green coffee beans are coffee seeds that have been harvested, processed and dried but not yet roasted. For a roaster, the character of the cup is decided at this stage: origin, altitude, variety and processing method shape the flavour directly. Terroir Trade supplies 405 specialty coffee lots selected by Belco France — each one SCA-scored and fully traceable — to roasters and coffee chains across Türkiye.
Specialty coffee is coffee that scores 80 points or more under the SCA cupping protocol. Our catalogue covers washed, natural, honey and fermented lots from 24 origins, led by Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala and Kenya. For every lot you can see the origin, producer, variety, process, flavour notes and availability, and request a sample.
The minimum order is one bag (60–69 kg). Lots in stock ship insured from our warehouse in Eminönü, Istanbul to every province in Türkiye; you can also request quotes for incoming and contract lots.

Ender Kahve is a specialty coffee import venture rooted in the centuries-old trading fabric of Eminönü. Born in the Kitapçı Han in Rüstempaşa, our story grew out of years of origin visits, hundreds of cuppings and direct relationships with the world's finest producers.
Our founder Kemal Kitapçı has been in the industry since before specialty coffee was even a niche in Türkiye. Today that experience has become a partnership with Belco France — one of Europe's most established specialty importers since 1992 — connecting Belco's direct-trade lots with Turkish roasters.

What are green coffee beans?
Green coffee beans are coffee seeds that have been harvested, processed and dried but not yet roasted. Roasters buy them raw and roast to their own profile; stored correctly (10–12% moisture, cool and dry) they keep their quality for 6–12 months.
What is specialty coffee?
Specialty coffee is coffee that scores 80 points or more out of 100 under the SCA cupping protocol, with no primary defects. Every lot in our catalogue carries its SCA score from Belco's Q Grader team.
How are wholesale green coffee prices set?
Price depends on origin, SCA score, lot size and availability, as well as the arabica futures market and freight. Contact us with the lots you are interested in for a current quote.
Who is Ender Kahve / Terroir Trade?
Ender Kahve (Terroir Trade) is an Istanbul-based specialty green coffee and cacao importer founded by Kemal Kitapçı, who has more than 20 years in the coffee industry. As Belco France's distributor in Türkiye, we connect 405 specialty coffee lots from 30+ countries and a curated cacao selection with Turkish roasters and chocolate makers.
What does the Belco partnership mean?
Belco France has been one of Europe's established specialty green coffee importers since 1992. Its team of 11 Q Graders runs more than 450 cupping sessions a year and evaluates every lot independently to SCA standards.
Can we request samples?
Yes. For roasters building a profile or running quality control we provide 100–200 g green coffee samples. Pick the lot you are interested in from the catalogue and use “Request a sample”, or write to us on WhatsApp.
Can I try the lots before deciding?
We hold an open cupping every month at our workshop in Kitapçı Han, Eminönü. Attendance is free and spots are limited — reserve via WhatsApp (+90 552 498 20 03).
What is the minimum order quantity?
For lots in stock the standard minimum is one bag (usually 60 kg or 69 kg jute). Contact us to discuss split orders for micro-lots or small roasters.
How is the SCA score determined?
Every lot is scored to SCA standards by Belco's independent Q Grader team. 80+ points defines specialty grade; 86+ is top-tier specialty.
How are the bags packed and stored?
Specialty lots travel in high-barrier GrainPro liners inside traditional jute bags and are kept in a climate-controlled warehouse at ideal humidity (10–12%) and temperature.
What is the FCCO project?
FCCO (Fresh Coffee, Clean Ocean) is Belco's project that carries coffee to Europe by wind power aboard the sailing cargo ship Anemos. ANHUMAS CATUAI (Brazil) and YAQUIVA (Colombia) were shipped this way.
What does the Cacao of Excellence award mean?
Cacao of Excellence honours only 50 lots (the Best 50) each cycle with gold, silver and bronze awards. Our catalogue includes Hacienda Dos Lagunas (2025 Bronze), Finca La Catarina (2023 Bronze) and Cooperativa Barra Ciega (2021 Silver).
Why does the fermentation rate matter for cacao?
The fermentation rate (share of well-fermented beans in a cut test) is the key quality indicator for cacao — the equivalent of the SCA score for coffee. Our lots range from 70% to 88%.
How often is stock renewed?
Stock follows the harvest calendar: African lots usually arrive in spring, Latin and Central American lots in summer and autumn.
How do you ship within Türkiye?
Confirmed orders leave our Istanbul warehouse with contracted freight and pallet carriers and are delivered insured to every province in Türkiye.
